Mission of Mercy

Dental Staff participated in the state-wide Mission of Mercy Free Dental Free Care program held in Torrington in April 2018.

Bake Sale to Fight Hunger

The children and staff of the Early Learning and Child Care Center hosted a bake sale and donated the proceeds to the No Kid Hungry campaign. This campaign is a national fundraising initiative aimed at ending childhood hunger in America. Parents and staff contributed baked goods for the sale, and we raised a total of $193. Each $10 raised can provide up to 100 meals so the children helped provide over 1,900 meals for kids in need.

Executive Director Cathy Coyle went “Over the Edge” rappelling down the Torrington Towers to raise money for local charities.

Pink Breast Cancer Awareness

Dental Staff members wore “pink” to raise awareness of Breast Cancer.

2019 Torrington / Winsted Rotary Club Charity Golf Tournament

Executive Director Cathy Coyle played in the 2019 Torrington/Winsted Rotary Club Charity Golf Tournament. Cathy chaired this fundraising event from 2011 – 2018.

Our child care students are always up for giving a big “Thank You” to the many people who support Brooker Memorial.

Super Heroes

Lynn, Carole and Cathy dressed up as Superheroes for the United Way Celebrity Breakfast.

Just Wanna Run 5K Run / Walk

Staff participated in The Girls Just Wanna Run 5K run/walk to benefit charities of the Junior Women’s Club of Litchfield Hills.

The Center for Dance Arts

is thrilled to announce the return of “The Dance Advantage program”,our newest program. A program geared directly for children with disabilities. Our program begins on Saturday September 28th.
